    While turnaround times can vary based on complexity, our average report is delivered within 5-10 business days.

  • How do I send information to you?

    We utilise a secure online portal where clients can upload and manage all necessary documentation and data.

  • What software do you use?

    We utilise a range of industry-leading software tools; Selectapension, Cashcalc, FE Analytics, O&M, Adviser Asset, Defaqto, Intelligent Office, Xplan, 2cloud and Watermark. We are happy to use any existing software/systems that you have in place.

  • What are your invoice terms?

    Completed reports will be invoiced on the last working day of the month. We expect payment within 14 days.

  • What locations do you cover?

    As we are a remote service, we have clients up and down the country. Our services extend from the captivating landscapes of John'o Groats to the picturesque shores of Land's End, encompassing every corner in between.

    Absolutely! We cater to advisers affiliated with networks as well as those who are directly authorised. Don't worry; if you prefer, we can seamlessly incorporate your own templates. Alternatively, we have our own polished templates ready to go!
